6 Billion Brains
More than six billion brains on this planet, and so little use made of them...

My friend Marko is originally from Serbia and now lives in Montreal. We started our undergrad studies ten years ago in Sherbrooke (Quebec)... Most people view the NATO-led military intervention in former Yugoslavia in 1999 as a humanitarian act. Marko views it as a criminal war (it had no support of the UN Security Council) that set up the precedent invoked by the US to invade Iraq last month. I am way too under-educated to comment his views. But I think his weblog covering the Balkans is a great piece of work! Go see!

The US finally admitted the detension of less than 16 yo teens at Guantanamo Bay. Recall that these prisoners have NO identity, NO means to contact their family, NO legal advisors and NO prospect of getting a fair trial.
